General discomforts during pregnancy

Almost every pregnant woman experiences some kind of uneasiness. Some of them have only few discomforts, where as few women go through most of them. The top most problem for more than half of the pregnant women is breast tenderness, nausea, vomiting and dizziness. Some woman keeps vomiting whatever they eat. Nausea starts by the 6th week of pregnancy. Nausea and vomiting may continue until the 9 month. However, they are not at all harmful. Morning sickness is the second most common problem. Even though it is called morning sickness, it occurs at any time of the day. Stretch marks are something, which cannot be avoided in anyways.

Constipation, indigestion, heart burning, nose bleeding and backache are frequently found in most conceived women. Hair loss is a one of the most common problems. Bacterial infection, swollen gum, migraine, headache, leg cramps, skin changes, abdominal pain and cramping are some of the other commonly found problems during pregnancy. Proper dieting, regular walking and soft exercising will help to overcome some of these problems largely.
